Product photographs are for illustration; natural ingredients vary slightly in colour and scent between batches, and this is not a defect.

Our products are not medicines. Information on this website, including articles in our journal, is general guidance and is not medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you or your child has a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product suits you, please speak to a doctor or pharmacist first. Always read the label and patch-test a new product before wider use.

Placing an order

Adding items to your bag and paying places an order; it does not by itself form a contract. We accept your order when we confirm it by email. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or the price was listed incorrectly, we will tell you and refund you in full.

You may order as a guest or with an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you give us.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately and is shown before you pay. Once a parcel is handed to the courier, tracking is available on your order page.

Damaged, incorrect or faulty items

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If an item is damaged in transit, is not what you ordered, or is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery at inquiry@tropika.my with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the cost of returning the item.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept the return of personal-care products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty. Requests to return unopened items for any other reason are considered case by case at our discretion; where accepted, return postage is the customer’s responsibility and items must be unopened and in resalable condition.

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Malaysian consumer protection law.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity on your account. By submitting a review you give us permission to publish it on this site alongside your name.
