Eleven orders in and nothing has gone wrong once. Parcels are wrapped like a gift even when I order a single refill, and the one time a lid cracked in transit they replaced it without asking me for a photo.
Ordered on a Sunday night, shipped Monday, in Ipoh by Wednesday. I wrote in asking about a prescription question and got a proper answer from a real person the same afternoon, not a copy-paste.
What keeps me here is that they answer questions honestly, including when the answer is see your doctor rather than buy our thing. Rare enough that it is worth writing down.
Products and service are both excellent. Only reason this is not five stars is that the gift sets sell out fast and there is no waitlist. I missed the spa set twice before catching a restock.
Fair point, and we are building a proper waitlist for the gift sets now. In the meantime your Inbox gets a restock message before we post about it anywhere else.
Been buying since my first was born, now on my second. Prices have barely moved in three years and the formulas have not been quietly changed, which is more than I can say for the pharmacy brands.
Product is good but my first delivery went to the wrong block because the unit field got cut off at checkout. Sorted quickly once I messaged, though I would rather it had not happened.
